Welcome to Chad Lane’s website! With any luck, I’m the person you’re looking for.
I’ve created this as “home base” – a description of the various hats that I wear and my own personal blog.
I am a minister, a writer, a non-profit adviser and an ethical marketer. I have devoted my life to study and helping others to achieve their goals.
I particularly enjoy helping non-profits to flourish and prosper. I believe that non-profit organizations are composed of some of the better human beings on the planet and that without them, humanity will eventually die.
I’ve spent some 30 years in the nonprofit field, directly engaged with fundraising and administration of nonprofits.
I’ve spent extensive time studying both Eastern and Western religions and enjoy discussions with practitioners of all faiths.
My children are a big part of my life. They’ve taught me a number of important lessons – including humility!
As a marketer, I feel that it is important to deliver a quality service to my clients. Working in a crowded field, it is vital to differentiate oneself and one’s services from the hundreds of competitors who frequently don’t deliver a great product. Marketing is a fascinating study and practice. It can provide people with the exact services and products that they are looking for. However, when used incorrectly, it can be annoying for the consumer and unproductive for the producer. I believe there is a space for quality marketing services that connect consumers and producers in a way that is mutually beneficial.
As a minister, I feel that my job is to assist others to recognize the truth that is locked within themselves. To accomplish this, I’ve been a member of the Church of Scientology since 1991, and the Executive Director of the St. Louis church since 1999.
My job as a minister also includes building relationships with the leaders of other local faith groups.
